The BECIE Benefice only collects the information you give us when booking a baptism or a wedding or making an enquiry.
The only people who have access to the data are the members of the Ministry Team and the Benefice Administrator and it is used solely for the purpose for which it was communicated.
Will the data be shared with any third parties?
The data is kept securely and NEVER divulged to anyone else.
How long will the data be stored?
We will keep your details on file for as long as we are dealing with your request or enquiry.
What rights does the data subject have?
You have every right to access your data at any time to correct it, remove it or object. All you need to do is contact the Benefice Administrator, who will comply with your wishes.
